Refund & Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we regret to inform you that we won’t be able to process returns and refunds once you’ve placed an order on our website. However, if you received an incorrect order or faulty item kindly email us at [email protected] within the first 5 days and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible!
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- If your product was damaged or broken when received, in such case we will replace the damaged product and ship it free to you at the same delivery address. Used products shall not be eligible for refunds or exchange.
- In the event there is defect in the dispensing device Nurture Works shall replace only the dispensing device and couriered to you at our own expense.
- The return product must be in original packing and unused and couriered to us at your own expense. If found to be damaged or defect upon us receiving by us, we shall refund the courier charges with proof receipt from the local courier company.
- All returned products should be couriered to our office address if bought directly from our website. Proof of postage shall not be deemed as proof or receiving.
- In the event the product was bought at a third party e-commerce platform you would need to comply with their return and exchange policy.
- You will be required to submit purchase receipt as proof of purchase with your request for refund or exchange. Without receipt or proof or purchase refunds and exchanges will not be entertained. You are required to check the product at time of delivery to ensure product is received in good
condition. - Refunds and exchanges are strictly limited to defect or damaged products and subject to Nurture Works’ inspection upon receiving evidence via photos and the physical product.
- You will be notified once we receive your damaged or defect product and upon inspection by our QC team, if found to be damaged or defect, we shall send you a replacement product with 7 working days to the last delivered address.
- Any refunds due to our error or non-delivery we shall refund the monies via the same method payment was received.
